For sellers

Set up your sale and invite your buyer

  1. Create your account

    Go to app.carzora.com/register. Enter your email, then type a password twice. Leave the linking code empty. You’ll get your own at the end. Tap Create Account, or continue with Google.

  3. Fill in your personal details

    Use your full name exactly as it appears on your MyKad. Then add your MyKad number, contact number and address, and tap Next Step.

  4. Scan your vehicle grant

    Upload a photo of your grant (VOC) and the vehicle details fill in for you. Check them, then tap Next Step.

    You’ll need: A clear photo of your vehicle grant (VOC).

  5. Enter your selling price

    Type the price you agreed with your buyer, then choose whether the car still has a loan. Tap Next Step.

  6. Upload your documents

    Upload your MyKad and vehicle grant. The name on both must match. Then tap Next Step.

    You’ll need: MyKad; Vehicle Registration/Grant; AP Copy, only for recon imports (optional).

  7. Review and submit

    Check your details, tick the box to agree to the terms, then tap Submit Application.

  8. Get your linking code

    Your buyer needs this code to join your deal. Tap Send to your buyer on WhatsApp.

  9. Send it to your buyer

    Pick your buyer’s chat and tap Send. The message is already written, with your link and reference number. Your deal moves forward once your buyer registers.

For buyers

Get your loan for a private car

  1. Open your seller’s link

    Your seller sends you a Carzora link on WhatsApp. Tap it to start.

  2. Create your account

    Your seller’s linking code is already filled in. Enter your email, then type a password twice, and tap Create Account.

  3. Fill in your personal details

    You’re connected to your seller. Use your full name exactly as it appears on your MyKad, then add your MyKad number, contact number and address. Tap Next Step.

  4. Tell us about your income

    Choose your employment type, then enter your gross monthly salary (before deductions) from your payslip. Tap Next Step.

    You’ll need: Your latest payslip.

  5. Choose your loan terms

    Drag the sliders to set how much to finance and for how long. Your monthly instalment updates as you go. Tap Next Step.

  6. Upload your documents

    Upload the four documents listed below, then tap Next Step. Your EPF statement or tax documents can help your approval, but they’re optional.

    You’ll need: MyKad; Driving License; 3 Months Payslips; 3 Months Bank Statement.

  7. Review and submit

    Check your details, tick the box to agree to the terms, then tap Submit Application.

  8. Pay your deposit

    Tap Pay deposit to pay RM100 and we start processing your loan. The RM899 balance is due after your loan is approved. If all three banks decline, you don’t pay the balance.
