CarZora is a loan facilitation platform operated by Glowtron Auto (PG0273431-H) ("Glowtron", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using CarZora (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

1) What we do (Loan Facilitator only)

1.1.

We facilitate vehicle financing applications for private car buyers and sellers by collecting, organizing, and submitting documents to banks and financial institutions.

1.2.

We are not a bank, finance company, insurer, or credit provider. We do not provide financing. All approvals, rejections, and final terms are determined solely by the relevant bank or financial institution.

2) Panel dealer status

2.1.

Glowtron may submit applications as a panel dealer, including to Public Bank, Maybank, and Hong Leong Bank, subject to each bank's policies and processes.

2.2.

Panel dealer status does not mean we are partners with any bank. It does not guarantee approval, interest rate, margin of finance, loan amount, or processing timelines.

3) Vehicle condition & due diligence (buyer/seller responsibility)

3.1.

We do not inspect, verify, or guarantee the condition of any vehicle, including accident history, flood history, repairs, roadworthiness, mileage accuracy, or suitability for any purpose.

3.2.

The buyer and seller must perform their own due diligence before proceeding with any purchase.

4) Vehicle eligibility (checked at time of submission)

We will not facilitate financing submissions for vehicles that:

We may pause, reject, or stop processing if information is incomplete, inconsistent, or if the vehicle appears ineligible.

5) Process (approval first; inspection after)

5.1. Our usual flow is:

(a) Deposit (10%) → (b) document processing & submission → (c) bank approval/rejection → (d) buyer signs the agreement(s) → (e) Balance Fee (90%) → (f) PUSPAKOM inspections arranged (including B5 and/or B7 if required).

5.2.

PUSPAKOM inspections are arranged after loan approval. The bank or financier may withdraw or cancel approval if later requirements are not met, including inspection outcomes, documentation, or other bank requirements.

6) Fees (Deposit 10% + Balance Fee 90%)

6.1.

Fees payable are the amounts shown at checkout/payment time for that transaction. We may update fees for future transactions by updating the Platform.

6.2.

Deposit (10%) is paid upfront to commence facilitation work (document processing, coordination, submission administration).

6.3.

Balance Fee (90%) is payable only after (i) the loan is approved and (ii) the buyer signs the required agreement(s).

7) Refund & cancellation policy (Deposit + Balance Fee)

Unless we state otherwise on the payment page, this policy applies to all fees paid for the transaction (Deposit and Balance Fee):

7.1. Loan rejected by bank/financier:

No refund.

7.2. Buyer cancels/withdraws:

No refund.

7.3. Seller cancels / refuses to proceed:

Buyer may choose either (a) full refund, or (b) carry-forward to a new loan application.

7.4. PUSPAKOM fail or conditional pass (B5 or B7):

Buyer may choose either (a) full refund, or (b) carry-forward to a new loan application.

7.5. Carry-forward restrictions:

Carry-forward is non-transferable and may only be used by the same buyer account that made the original payment(s).

7.6. Full refund means full:

Where a "full refund" applies, it means a refund of 100% of all fees paid for the transaction (including any Balance Fee already paid).

7.7.

Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to payment gateway processing timelines.

8) PUSPAKOM and other third parties

8.1.

PUSPAKOM is an independent third party. Inspection outcomes, scheduling, and reports are determined by PUSPAKOM.

8.2.

Banks, financial institutions, and other third parties may impose additional requirements. We do not control their decisions or timelines.

9) JPJ ownership transfer

9.1.

JPJ ownership transfer is a statutory process. Users are responsible for completing ownership transfer and all required statutory steps.

9.2.

We may provide administrative assistance, but we do not guarantee completion of JPJ processes.

10) Authorization; accuracy of information; data protection

10.1.

By using the Platform, you authorize Glowtron to collect, use, and submit your information and documents to banks, financial institutions, and relevant third parties for financing facilitation and related administrative steps.

10.2.

You must ensure all information and documents you provide are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If we reasonably suspect fraud or misrepresentation, we may suspend or stop processing.

10.3.

You acknowledge and consent that by using the Platform, we will collect, use, process, store, and share your personal data, financial data, and transactional data, including but not limited to:

  • Identification documents (MyKad/IC, passport, driver's license)
  • Employment and income information (payslips, EPF statements, employment letters, bank statements)
  • Financial information (loan applications, credit history, existing financing commitments)
  • Vehicle information (registration details, ownership documents, inspection reports)
  • Transaction information (payment records, communications, application status)

10.4.

Your data may be collected, processed, and shared with:

  • Banks and financial institutions (including but not limited to Public Bank, Maybank, Hong Leong Bank, and other lenders we work with) for loan application processing, credit assessment, and approval decisions
  • Credit bureaus and credit reporting agencies (such as CTOS, CCRIS) for credit checks and verification
  • PUSPAKOM for vehicle inspection coordination and reporting
  • JPJ (Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan Malaysia) for ownership transfer and registration
  • Insurance companies for insurance coordination
  • Payment gateways and financial service providers for payment processing
  • Our service providers, contractors, and agents who assist in Platform operations, document processing, and administrative functions
  • Law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or government agencies when required by law or legal process

10.5.

We use your data to:

  • Facilitate loan applications and coordinate financing
  • Verify your identity, employment, income, and eligibility
  • Communicate with you about your application status and transaction progress
  • Improve Platform services and user experience
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
  • Prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse of the Platform
  • Resolve disputes and enforce these Terms

10.6.

Your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA):

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements and ongoing transaction processing. 11) Electronic acceptance & records

11.1.

Clicking "I Agree", ticking a checkbox, or signing electronically constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any related agreement(s).

11.2.

We may keep electronic records of your acceptance, payments, submissions, and communications for operational and audit purposes.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Platform. Changes apply from the stated effective date.

13) Disbursement & payout

13.1.

If financing is approved and disbursement is processed, the bank or financier will disburse the financing proceeds into Glowtron Auto's designated bank account (not directly to the buyer or seller).

13.2.

Disbursement from the bank or financier to our account typically takes 5-7 working days and is not within our control. Timing depends on the bank or financier's internal processes, cut-off times, and any outstanding requirements or verification.

13.3.

After funds are received in our account, onward payout from our account typically takes 1-3 working days, subject to bank clearance, internal verification, and cut-off times.

13.4.

We will only pay out to the seller whose identity matches the vehicle ownership documents provided (e.g., MyKad/IC details consistent with the vehicle grant/VOC).

13.5.

The buyer and seller acknowledge and consent to this payout flow and agree to provide accurate bank account details (where applicable) for onward payout.

13.6.

If the vehicle is subject to any existing hire-purchase, financing, or encumbrance, the seller must settle the outstanding financing directly with the existing bank or financier first. Completion may be paused until the vehicle is free of encumbrance and any required release steps are completed.

13.7.

Any timelines shown are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, financial institutions, payment networks, compliance checks, incomplete documentation, or events outside our reasonable control.

13.8.

Working days means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia and any bank holidays or non-processing days observed by the relevant bank or financier.

15) Indemnification

15.1.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glowtron Auto, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform or our services
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights
  • Any information or documents you submit to us or to banks/financial institutions
  • Any dispute between you and any seller, buyer, bank, financial institution, PUSPAKOM, JPJ, or other third party

15.2.

You acknowledge that by indemnifying Glowtron Auto, you assume full responsibility for defending any claims and paying all associated costs, including legal fees, arising from the circumstances listed in Section 15.1.

15.3.

This indemnification survives termination of these Terms.

16) Limitation of Liability

16.1.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glowtron Auto's total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Platform, our services, or these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed RM100 (one hundred ringgit).

16.2.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, vehicle resale value, or financing opportunities.

16.3.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays or failures caused by banks, financial institutions, PUSPAKOM, JPJ, or other third parties
  • Loan rejections, changes in interest rates, or changes in financing terms
  • Vehicle condition issues, accident history, flood history, or mechanical problems
  • Disputes between buyers and sellers
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (see Section 19)

16.4.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Malaysian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

17) Account Suspension & Termination

17.1.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, with or without prior notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misrepresentation, identity theft, or unlawful activity
  • You provide false, incomplete, or misleading information or documents
  • You submit fake or altered documents (IC, payslips, bank statements, etc.)
  • You create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
  • You interfere with Platform operations or attempt unauthorized access
  • Required by law, court order, or regulatory authorities
  • You engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward us, our staff, or other users

17.2.

Upon suspension or termination:

  • Your access to the Platform is immediately revoked
  • Any pending transactions may be cancelled, paused, or completed at our sole discretion
  • Our refund policy (Section 7) continues to apply
  • Outstanding fees and charges remain payable
  • We may retain your data as required for legal, regulatory, audit, and dispute resolution purposes

17.3.

Suspension or termination does not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities that arose before the suspension or termination date.

17.4.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.

17.5.

Sections relating to liability, indemnification, data use, and dispute resolution survive termination.

18) Platform Availability & Modifications

18.1.

We strive to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access at all times.

18.2.

The Platform may be unavailable or interrupted due to:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance, updates, or upgrades
  • Technical issues, server failures, or hosting problems
  • Internet or telecommunications failures
  • Cyberattacks, security incidents, or unauthorized access attempts
  • Factors beyond our reasonable control

18.3.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, missed opportunities, or inconvenience caused by Platform unavailability, interruption, or downtime.

18.4.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, update, or change any part of the Platform, including features, functionality, design, and user interface, at any time without prior notice
  • Suspend or discontinue the Platform, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, at our sole discretion
  • Impose usage limits, restrictions, or access requirements

18.5.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes or prolonged downtime, but we are not obligated to do so.

19) Force Majeure

19.1.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, storms, pandemics, epidemics, or acts of God
  • Government actions, emergency orders, movement control orders, lockdowns, curfews, or changes in law or regulation
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, or acts of violence
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions
  • Technical failures, internet outages, telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyberattacks
  • Bank system failures, financial institution closures, payment network disruptions, or third-party service interruptions
  • PUSPAKOM closures, inspection delays, or JPJ operational disruptions

19.2.

During force majeure events:

  • Our obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the event
  • Performance timelines, deadlines, and processing times are automatically extended
  • We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or failures to perform
  • We may cancel, postpone, or reschedule transactions, inspections, or administrative steps

19.3.

If a force majeure event continues for more than 60 days and prevents completion of a transaction, either party may cancel the transaction. Our refund policy (Section 7) applies, but we are not liable for any other losses or damages.

19.4.

We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable after the force majeure event ends.

20) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

21) Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms, or any delay in doing so, shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Glowtron Auto. No single waiver shall constitute a continuing waiver of the same or any other provision.

22) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (once published), constitute the entire agreement between you and Glowtron Auto regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

23) Guarantor Terms

If a guarantor is required for your application, the guarantor must separately review, understand, and accept the Guarantor Terms & Conditions before proceeding. The Guarantor Terms govern the guarantor's legal obligations, liability, role, consent to data collection and use, and acceptance of the guarantor process. The guarantor will be provided with a separate link or form to review and electronically accept the Guarantor Terms before the application is submitted to the bank or financial institution.
